Founded by inventor and entrepreneur Brian Jon Garvey, BRAIN-GRAVEY is a venture creation platform focused on developing, engineering, and positioning high-impact technologies across defense, energy, mobility, and connected systems.
Following the successful development of VATA7—an internationally recognized Smart LED safety platform protected by 15 global patents and supported by a global engineering and manufacturing network—BRAIN-GRAVEY was established to replicate that success across multiple innovations simultaneously.

JetFinz was created by Brian Jon Garvey after observing that rescue swimmers were still using the same fin technology he trained with as a U.S. Navy Rescue Swimmer decades earlier. ECOGINES represents a new approach to energy— rethinking how power is generated, delivered, and utilized across transportation and infrastructure. By eliminating dependency on traditional battery- heavy systems and focusing on efficiency at the source, ECOGINES has the potential to transform performance while reducing environmental impact.

BRIAN JON GARVEY'S STORY
Brian Jon Garvey’s journey has been shaped by resilience, discipline, and a relentless drive to build and create.
From early achievements as a competitive athlete and award-winning musician, to serving as a U.S. Navy Helicopter Rescue Swimmer, Brian developed a foundation of performance under pressure, leadership, and perseverance. He later built a career as an international architectural lighting designer, further strengthening his ability to merge creativity with technical execution.
Like many entrepreneurs, his path has included both success and adversity. Periods of hardship—including living in his car on Highway 101 in Encinitas, California after his parents passed away—sharpened his focus, strengthened his resolve, and reinforced his commitment to building something meaningful.
These experiences ultimately led Brian to create and scale VATA7, a patented Smart LED safety platform that has grown into a global brand focused on saving lives and improving rider visibility.
Today, as Founder of BRAIN-GRAVEY, Brian applies that same discipline and experience toward developing and advancing new technologies across multiple industries. His focus is simple:
